Generating ISO from last revision and some questions...
How is the process to generate an ISO from the repository? I like to use A2 under a VM in Linux or FreeBSD, but the lack of centralized documentation in general in all the Oberon echosystem is a very real problem. Is this the official A2 repository? As I see, the Oberon Comunity Platform site at ETHZ is dead, as serveral other references to the Oberon project in ETHZ, what happened to those sites?

Is this the official A2 repository?
I have no authority but am fairly sure this is the official repository for A2.
As I see, the Oberon Community Platform site at ETHZ is dead, as several other references to the Oberon project in ETHZ, what happened to those sites?
Yes, many files formerly served at the ETHZ are no longer available there. I have restored some at https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Oberon . There is a hierarchy of pages; you need to explore. Have a look at https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Oberon/ETH_Oberon/sitemap .
Mortality is a reality of life. Sooner or later we retire and we all die. Documentation depending upon one person will become orphaned and then it may be lost. A wiki can prevent orphaning by allowing younger people to continue support of a document.
When you find a deficiency in the wikibook, please let me know or, better, edit. Anyone can edit. I encourage participation but until now it is relatively small.

afaik, the contents of OCP moved to the repository of this project and can be found at this location.
Booting from an iso image is broken, as a new object file format and, accordingly, a new static linker are currently used. Therefore, the initialization order has changed.
